    As an ITIL Accredited Organization, this ITIL® 4 Foundation course offers comprehensive training on the ITIL® 4 service management framework, providing participants with an understanding of how ITIL has evolved to integrate modern technologies and new approaches to service management. The course prepares candidates for the ITIL® 4 Foundation exam, assessing their knowledge and understanding of the key principles, concepts, and practices described in the ITIL® 4 framework.

    A computer is required for all traditional classroom deliveries.

    • Passing Score: 65% (26 out of 40)
    • Exam Type: Closed book
    • Certification: Passing the exam earns the ITIL® 4 Foundation Certificate
    • Extra Time: 25% additional time for non-native English speakers
    • Photo ID Requirement: Valid ID (passport, driver’s license) needed to take the exam

    Certification Maintenance:

    • Retake the Exam: Renew your certification by retaking the original exam before the expiration date.
    • Advanced Courses: Choose to renew the certification by pursuing further ITIL® 4 courses, such as ITIL® 4 Specialist or other certifications within the ITIL Product Suite.
