Penny stocks are regarded as risky. They can make fortunes and equally lose them.  This course teaches how to reduce the risk of loss while enhancing the likelihood of significant profit.

I am a casual investor who searched for a strategy to capitalise on the benefits of penny stocks while equally minimising the risks. I didn't want to spend time to study charts or companies for opportunities to buy bargains. Rather I wanted to find an efficient rules based system that was highly profitable.  I decided to study the outcomes of people who know their stock intimately. These are company directors who are purchasing their company's stocks for themselves. They are typically buying stocks because, based on their insider knowledge, they believe the stocks will be profitable. 

I spent time each evening collating their purchases over the last couple of years and have identified the most profitable director share purchases (in Australian stocks), how long to keep them, and when to sell them. I narrowed it down to the most profitable industry, the most profitable directors, and the more profitable share price range. 

These strategies lead to portfolio profits of between 50-150% holding stocks typically between 6 months and 3 years. The strategies have been back-tested comprehensively over several years of data and I have gained similar results in my own trading, hence I am publishing the strategy. 

I have not found this strategy published in print or online before. There have been a small number of online articles highlighting that director purchases typically beat the market on average, but I have found not all directors and not all industries do equally well.  

This course is based on profiting on groups of stock purchases. While some individual stocks will fail, the profitable stocks will more than compensate if the strategy is followed.  It's not going to pick a winner for certain in one off purchases. It will teach you how to buy stocks over time to build a profitable portfolio that may take 12 months to see significant gains.
