Course details

This course is intended for people who want to take control of their own health.  They may have problems with stress, with sleeping, with their diets, with their image of their own bodies or with learning to relax.  They my have already tried more conventional approaches without success and now want to look at an alternative approach. 

Students should have a genuine desire to change their lives. They understand this will involve effort and patience. They accept that intuition is a skill that has to be honed like any other skill. They are open-minded and prepared to look at a new approach.

The course explains that the mind is a poor guide towards good health.  The mind is too influenced by the media and this distorts its advice.  The intuition, in contrast, is a much truer guide to good health.  The course shows you how to fire up the intuition and how to use that intuition as a guide. 

The course is in three parts: the first part explains the benefits of allowing your intuition to guide your health.  The second part explains how to fire up your intuition and how to allow it to guide you.  The third part shows you how to monitor the changes so you can be sure your new approach is working. 

By the end of the course, students should be more confident in their approach to health.  They will be happier in their new approach to dealing with stress, diet, exercise.  They will be happier in their own skins.
