This course will introduce you to wholesaling real estate.  You will learn about establishing a business structure as well as a system for finding homes at below market prices and what motivates people to sell.  You will learn a formula for determining what you can offer for a house and what you can sell it for to your list of buyers for profit, without having to drain your bank account.  You will learn how to find buyers who will want you to find properties for them, and you will know what house flippers want.  You will learn and understand what house flippers must know about you and the houses you have found in order for you to be successful at real estate investing through wholesaling.
