This is a course for anyone who is or aspires to be a manager of any level. This course will introduce the student to the basic aspects of managing, and is structured around the key management functions of planning, organizing, leading and control. This course will teach you the skills needed to become an effective and efficient manager. It is taught by an ex-CEO, who know of what he speaks.
