Course details
This easy-to-follow course introduces basic principles of Core Strength Vinyasa (CSV) Yoga for beginning and experienced yogis. CSV uses cutting-edge anatomy knowledge for a safer, stronger, more efficient yoga practice. New students will learn yoga basics to build flexibility and strength. Experienced yogis will learn new ways to move to get more benefits on the mat. Seven sessions culminate with a 30-minute CSV flow practice you can do any time.
