The course is divided into 4 main parts

1. Interior finishing works starting with brick and block works up to the furniture stage
2. Landscape's Marble,lighting and water proofing ,Irrigation and plantation concepts
3. Mechanical works which includs:
4. Plumping and water proofing systems works and tests perior operation.
5. Interior A/C works
6. Cenrtal A/C works and it's tests perior operation

 Fitting out works :

• Plumping fitting out and it's dimensions requirements.
• A/C and electrical fitting out works and it's standard dimensions.
• Fire fighting fitting out works
