In this course you will learn how to install WordPress on various platforms such as windows Linux and a mac.

This course is divided into two sections, the first section is about installing WordPress on Windows and in the second section we will cover how to install WordPress on Linux and mac.

We will not only be learning how to install WordPress we will also see how you can install themes and plugins to your locally hosted wordpress site.

We will see what problems might arise with local servers and WordPress and we will look at ways to troubleshoot them.

Lastly we will take a look at how to backup you locally installed wordpress site so you do not lose your data.

• We will be using two of the most popular local server software to install wordpress, We will use WAMP for windows and XAMPP for windows mac and Linux
