This entry level courses offers you a general awareness of the key elements, concepts and terminology used in the ITIL^® service lifecycle, including the links between lifecycle stages, the processes used and their contribution to service management practices. Service Operation focuses on delivery and control process activities and aims for a steady state of managing services. In this course, you will learn the principles, processes, common activities, and implementation considerations of ITIL® service operation.   The course will cover Operation Principles and Operation Process as well as Service Operation activities.  The course will cover management level concepts and core information of the activities and techniques with in service operations.
