The IBM SPSS Data Collection Server Maintenance course is a intermediate level instructor led classroom course that is designed for systems administrators responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting an IBM SPSS Data Collection server environment.
This education should ideally take place before the IBM SPSS Data Collection installation process begins to ensure a complete understanding of the deployed files, folders, components and services as well as provisioning an immediate maintenance plan.
