As a Human Resources Professional/Manager, you, and your team must be able to deal with every situation that can arise when managing a diverse and ever-changing workforce. This will inevitably include dealing with uncomfortable, challenging and sometimes emotional and dangerous situations.

This program provides training and guidance on the essential resource management factors and skills, which you will be required to demonstrate whilst leading the front line of your organizations human resources e.g. Dealing with Change, Conflict Resolution, Managing Redundancies, Managing Workplace Harassment and Violence etc.
