We will address such issues as: How to determine the values of your organization; how to motivate staff; guidelines for selecting and compensating employees; how to make decisions; some common errors in everyday decisions; when to involve staff in decision making; and how to manage interpersonal relationships with co-workers, clients, subordinates, and supervisors.
