You learn how to generate more power by using your hips and body motion and how to increase the speed of your punches by relaxing and using the proper breathing. Additionally, you learn the various attack and defense techniques that you can use to deflect and hit at the same time should you ever need to defend yourself or your loved ones.

Learn How To Develop Strong And Fast Punches By Using Body Mechanics And Relaxation

Section 1:

  • What is Chain Punching and how to avoid the most common mistakes
  • How to use proper breathing to increase the speed of your punches
  • The proper way to train the wall bag so that you don't damage your hands, but build powerful punches that can save your life

Section 2:

  • How to use your body's biomechanics to generate power, by shifting your hips
  • How to Shift from the heels to generate maximum power
  • How to defend the upper gates, or upper body while attacking at the same time
  • How to defend the lower body from attacks while attacking at the same time
  • Learning the Bong Sao and Quan Sao hands, which allow you to defend or change the angle of attack so that you can surprise your opponent

Section 3:

  • Applying the various hands in real-life situation 
  • The details that make the difference about the Bong Sao and Quan Sao hands

This course covers the basic Wing Chun hands and how to use them. You will learn when are the best times to use each hands, and what are the most common mistakes that you should avoid while training the various techniques and when using them in real-life situations.
