Course details
This course provides participants with the knowledge and skills to do gas test of work site using gas meter to check for presence of combustible gas before hot work can be carried out.
COURSE OBJECTIVE
At the end of the course, participants will have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform gas testing to ensure that the work site is safe for performing hot work.

Supervisors, technicians and contractors who need to use gas meters to ensure that work place is free of combustible gas prior to performing hot work.
PRE-REQUISITES
Hands-on experience using a portable combustible gas meter.
COURSE LEADER
The course leader is a Safety Officer with many years of experience as a safety officer in the oil/petrochemical industry.
CERTIFICATE
The Certificate of Attendance is issued to participants at the end of the course.
