This unique Holistic Fitness course will introduce you to the concepts of holistic health, holistic fitness, and why this mind-body approach to fitness will help you to achieve ultimate health and well-being. You will also experience a unique take on holistic fitness: Holistic Flow. 

Holistic Flow is a movement concept which combines the principles and foundations of holistic fitness with the artistry and control of movement flow. This practice includes a wide range of exercises and movement combinations (flows) that are grounded in the 4 elements (Earth, Water, Air, and Fire). The Foundation Movements can be mixed and matched, allowing you to incorporate one, some, or all of them into your Holistic Flow practice.
