Course details
We have created a four-day training course which will enable your teams to master corecompetencies for further success. In a fast-paced and competitive business environment, mastering essential competencies is crucial for the success of the organisation.
This training course is designed to help professionals develop the key skills needed to thrive in the workplace. Participants will learn how to drive results, remain resilient in the face of challenges, enhance collaboration with others, effectively identify and develop talent, make high-quality decisions confidently, and always maintaining a strong customer focus. Through engaging activities, case studies, and group discussions, participants will leave with practical strategies and tools to excel in their roles.
In this engaging and fast-moving Diomas course, participants will have a real opportunity to truly understand and explore the above competencies. Everyone attending will have the opportunity to participate actively through discussions, which will be thought-provoking, and activities which will be focused on specific areas. The course will be built in a way which will tell a story and make it very clear how interconnected and interdependent these competencies are.
At the end of this four-day course, participants will have developed actionable strategies to apply each of the six core competencies in their roles. They will leave with a personalised action plan to continue improving these competencies in their day-to-day work.
