Ask yourself: Do I want to be happy? Is what I value most deeply a sense of peace and joy that is with me continuously, regardless of my life's circumstances?

If you answered "yes" to one or both of these questions, then ask yourself:  Am I willing to invest two dollars along with 30 minutes of my time per day, for thirty days, in order to increase my base level of peace, joy and happiness?

If not, then this class is probably not for you.

Structure Of The Course

This course is divided into ten lessons, each of which is practiced (with naturally emerging variations) for three days - making for a total course length of thirty days. It can be repeated, from start to finish, as many times as you'd like. Each time will reveal new insights, lines of exploration, and depth of release into naturally effortless peace and joy.

In each lesson, there are things to do; things to understand; and an invitation to rest as Pure Awareness: enjoying the space of aware "being." There also is optional homework - things for you to contemplate, explore and experiment with as you move through your day. We could think of this process, in its entirety, as something like a beautiful dance between "doing" and "being" - between applying intelligent effort, and then releasing and relaxing deeply.

The attitude I encourage is one of openness, curiosity and play. Which isn't to say that the task at hand is a frivolous one. Quite the contrary! It's just that, in the big picture, success is guaranteed - so why not have fun along the way?

Required equipment: (1) your precious human body-mind; (2) a handheld timer of some sort; and (3) a notebook and a pen.
