Course details

This 1h course covers the basic calculations needed for hospitality. We will create spreadsheets with complete cocktail price calculation, explain gross profit, stock takes and pricing of items in stock, plus gross profit of the cocktail menu testing.

In each calculation lecture simple legend in PDF format is attached, to remind the functionality of the tables created. In the last course we will have a look on the business side and why are all these calculations so important. In this lecture there is also attachment of the complete spreadsheet with the calculations for MAC and WIN platforms.
