Hi, well, we all live in an angry world of bills, social duties, unfair attitudes and increasing amount of jobs to do. We all work on the edge, trying to balance our lives with the help of different human-friendly services of others, some offer great tours, some guide us to happiness and positive thinking. Our body, not only health reacts to this struggle tremendously, after years pass we learn to survive but the shape of our bodies is always there to tell a real story behind the scenes.
I am a mom of two, and I am one of you, with all the accompanying attributes of this life. I have felt and walked through all the misunderstandings and hesitations you are facing now, I myself went through the road of "no pain no gain." And what I can share with you now through my past experiences is hopefully encouraging and motivating.
Well, people become overweight and unhealthy because of very common reasons and the solution lies where the cause is found. The solutions to our unshaped body, guide us to even more stress, no eating no drinking, and working out. Some people start this journey over and over again, getting bored in a short time, and giving up as the final outcome. Some get even sadder and depressed because of unsuccessful trying, some wait for the miracle Monday to start everything over again... all of us come home in the evening, tired and broken, longing for some little pleasure for ourselves, we get our favorite sweets and tasty food, forgetting about chemicals and saturated fats for a while, we switch on our TV set only to find sexy well-trained bodies there.
For a long time, I thought the people who looked sexy and well trained even at their late 40s were out of this planet, living on some other earth, having a villa at the sea shore and no bills at all. I needed time and a plenty of facts to get the solution. At the end, I finally found the guilty guy in this story.
The key to your problems is your stress, and continuous strain you feel over and over. The reason to your decreasing stamina and having not enough spirit of motivation is your boredom, routine life, and disappointment. You cannot find extra energy to force yourself perform even more tiring movements leading you to pain, surely you will lose the inspiration soon. You do not have to be as strong as a soldier; you do not have to work out as a real sportsman. Yes, it is possible to have toned and nice body without stress and exhausted training.
