This course is to teach you the correct foundation of unique exercises, how to instruct exercises, what to look out for and how to perform the exercise correctly. These exercise help to isolate muscles to optimize strength, fitness, performance, fat loss and overall improvement in body composition. If you are wanted to become a successful Coach or Personal Trainer this course is a must have or if you are wanting to unlock your perfect body with the least amount of time and effort, this course could be the answer. Many people are continually doing the wrong movements resulting in wasted time and energy.  This course is perfect for any person looking at improving their knowledge base or wants to personally use these exercise to maximize their overall results.


This course is instructed by me "Alex Kuhle", I have over 7 years of University knowledge in Sport and Exercise and Physiotherapy subjects. The whole course is professionally filmed in a local gym, I use popular gym equipment but also incorporating body weight and at home exercises. This course is suitable for almost anyone and I hope you enjoy the course I personally created.
