Course details
This course is aimed at both intermediate and experienced staff and includes the construction of an integrated set of simplified financial statements and subsequent investment appraisal. You will learn key tools of Excel which are useful for business analysis and how to construct a reliable financial model encompassing three financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss statement and cash flow).
By the end of this course, participants will understand :
- Improve their efficiency in using Excel shortcuts
- Use several of the support tools and techniques in spreadsheet programs
- Build a robust financial model
- How to forecast working capital using excel
- Analyse results from excel sheet based on financial statement input
