Emotional Intelligence is defined as a set of competencies demonstrating the ability one has to understand his or her emotions, temperament, and overall behaviour, and to manage them best as dictated by various circumstances

This course will help you learn how to be emotionally intelligent, especially in a working environment. You will be able to manage your own impulses, better communicate with people around you, deal with change in a positive manner, resolve challenges, and apply a sense of humour to build rapport in difficult situations. You will learn how to have empathy and remain positive even in the face of challenges to mention but few results that you can get out of such a training.
