In this course, participants will learn skills to develop their capacities in building and maintaining successful relationships. Participants will learn how to deal with different personalities, how to integrate into successful and effective groups and teams, and how to manage behavior within these groups and teams.

Assessment Strategy:
Participants will be informally assessed on their interaction during sessions and their participation in exercises.
