Course details

Nerea San Jose is an expert on Communication skills, in particular, listening skills and the creator of the training program Listen2Earn. She has developed a way to be aware of your attention skills: LIPA which stands for listening index of personal attention.

As a leader, you need to make sure that your vision influences others in your organisation and your clients feel your vision in your product. You can only achieve this by listening. Listening is the moment when people feel connected to you, because when they have someone's full attention, then they become flexible and open to receive feedback, suggestions and build up a long term relationship with your service or product.

This course has two parts:

Part 1

Understanding your leadership skills (8 video lessons). This part is about your self-awareness and your listening skills. There are some exercises and you will learn about LIPA.

Part 2

Leadership and archetypes (9 video lessons plus 6 recording for exercises in collaboration with TEAM ME). You will learn how to lead by listening to the archetypes's voices. You will have a tool to help you learn how archetypes work, and how they can help you with your leadership. Archetypes are mental models that we all have, and we behave according to them.

After complexion of the course, you will receive your CDP (4 hours certificate).
