DIY Video for Chambers of Commerce - Windows Movie Maker

Course details

In this course, chamber of commerce staff members will learn how to create videos that inform, engage and promote their members. This beginner's course will present easy to follow formulas for lighting, shooting and editing videos. Students will learn how to use these formulas in a variety of ways to deliver value to their members and strengthen the image of their chambers in their communities.

The course will demonstrate video production techniques using an iPhone6 for video shooting and Microsoft Live Windows Movie Maker for video editing, but students with other cameras/editing programs may still find value in the concepts/techniques presented.

The length of time to complete the course will vary from student to student, as it is designed to be interactive, allowing students to review a section, then try the techniques on their own projects before moving on to the next section.

Ideally, students would be able to use this course as a step-by-step guide to help them start and complete their own video projects through the process of taking of taking the course.
