This includes the deployment of Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (CCX) and Cisco Unified IP Interactive Voice Response (IVR) as contact center solutions. Tasks include planning, installation and configuration, scripting, and troubleshooting. This course is based on UCCX release 9.0
