The Data Center Unified Computing System Troubleshooting (DCUCTS) course is anin-depth technical troubleshooting training that enables you to troubleshoot Level 2, complex Unified Computing Systems (UCS), Nexus 1000V, B-series, and C-series integration issues.

Objectives:

• Upon completing this course, the learner will be able to meet these overall objectives:
• UCS system architecture
• Diagnose and remedy common issues on the UCS B and C Series systems, Unified Fabric Connectivity, and the Nexus 1000V
• Gather key technical support files for timely system recoveries and gather data needed to work with the Cisco
• Technical Assistance Center (TAC)

• Monitor system events and use the built-in troubleshooting tools
• Cisco UCS Memory Architecture
• Integrate C-Series into the Unified Cisco System Manager (UCSM)
