Course DescriptionOur LCCI International Qualifications in Customer Service help learners to develop their knowledge and understanding of concepts in developing and delivering good customer service, the systems and procedures that enhance the delivery of reliable and effective service, personal behaviors and processes that enhance and influence service delivery, and the application of these behaviors and processes within the job role. They're suitable for those working or intending to work in customer service advisory or supervisory roles.
