Globalisation brings together people from different background and culture. Inpidual and organisational success depends on how well people interact. Effective communication is the bridge that connects people of different cultures. The “Cross-Cultural Communication” workshop aims to develop skills that will enable participants to confidently communicate with people of different cultures. Effective cross-cultural communication will enhance individual and organisational performance and productivity.
