Cost management is one of the most integral components of the project management process. You will see how the project manager assumes full responsibility for cost oversight and delivery of the project within budgetary constraints. You learn about the role of financial tools and analysis in enabling the project manager to oversee activities and the cost associated with producing deliverables. Dig into the process of monitoring a project's status to ensure that the budget is up to date, and that the project's value is being delivered to meet expectations.
