Conducting a Job Hazard Analysis Al Moalem Institute

This course is designed to introduce to the candidates the steps in conducting a Job Hazard Analysis (also called Job Safety Analysis) for the purpose of writing a safe job procedure.   Included is a discussion of conducting risk assessment, prioritizing jobs, writing the steps, determining hazards, including safety precautions, and tips on writing a safe job procedures.   If the company is working towards OHSA's SHARP or VPP Certification, conducting JHAs on all hazardous tasks is a must.

Individuals involved with or responsible for occupational health and safety in an organization.

Course Assessment 

  • Written examination: at least 70% of 25 questions.
  • Course Attendance of 70% and above of the total training hours
