MAIN OBJECTIVES:

This course is a bundle of 3 compressed courses (Communication Skills, Body Language and Active Listening), in this course participants will know the reason why good communicators are good communicators and states the methods by which all of us can be good communicators, you will learn how to understand gestures, vocal tone changes and eye movements, you will learn how to listen less for words and tune into what is really being communicated.

OUTCOMES:

Through this training,participants will learn to focus and understand more about the deep nature of human behavior than you ever thought possible..

ACTIVITIES FOR PARTICIPANTS:

The course consists of a lot of exercises,games and questionaires that will allow participants to relate more to them selves, understand their characters and learn new methods to overcome general mistakes thus becoming excellent Communicators.

MAIN SCOPE OF TOPICS

Communication Skills:

In this workshop you will be introduced to different styles of communication and eventually identifying which of them suits you best and how you can start to react differently towards people with different communication styles then yours

Decoding Body Language:

The most reliable form of Communication is our non-verbal body language, in order to understand ourselves and others, it is necessary to know how our emotions, and actions are represented in our physical bodies.

Active Listening:

In this workshop you will be introduced to the existing Active listening barriers and Active Listening techniques to overcome these barriers
