Currently,there are several new and exciting ways in which multiple people can collaborate on the development of PowerPoint presentations. If you have the appropriate technological infrastructure, PowerPoint has the ability to allow multiple people to work on a unique presentation at the same time. As an alternative to co-authorship of a slide with demá¡s members of a group, you can attach the slideshow to an email, save it to a website, burn it to a CD or spread it over the Internet. To simplify the process of review and accept or reject changes, it is now possible to combine the revised version with the original version in a unique presentation. In this course these issues and many other collaboration features that are available in PowerPoint 2010 also © n are explored correction tools, language and reference, plus options for printing and protect a presentation are described.
