Overview
In response to recommendations made by a government-commissioned independent review panel, teaching qualifications Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) have been simplified and renamed as Education and Training. New units of assessment have been developed in the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF). Hence, CIEH has designed a basic teaching qualification "Level 3 Award in Education and Training" (E&T).This qualification will facilitate the candidates for a short qualification to practice as a trainer.
The training programme for the CIEH Level 3 E&T. It is designed to get guided and learned in 48 hours, with revision and practice sessions, assimilation, consolidation and assignment planning, development and delivery.
