Change Management Foundation Course:
This comprehensive 3-day Change Management Foundation course offers in-depth, practical knowledge on Change Management techniques, designed to prepare you for the APMG Change Management Foundation certification.
The course explores essential Change Management principles that are critical for success in today’s dynamic organizational environments. Through structured learning, you’ll discover how to navigate change as an individual, team member, organizational participant, and leader. The curriculum is divided into four core focus areas:

- Enhancing team effectiveness and cohesion.
- Understanding team leadership in the change process.
4. Organizational Change Readiness:
- Exploring Morgan’s four metaphors for change.
- Approaches to successful organizational change.
- Analyzing the dynamics and resilience of organizational structures.
5. Leadership in Change:
- Selecting the best leadership style for change.
- Deploying the SIMSCoM 5-step process (Stakeholder Identification, Mapping, Strategy, Communication, Management).
- Building an AIDA framework for stakeholder engagement (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action).
6. Foundation Exam Preparation:
- Intensive review and practice with APMG sample exams.
- Final APMG Change Management Foundation Exam.
Eligibility / Requirements
Prior experience with organizational change initiatives is beneficial but not mandatory.Previous coursework (e.g., Change Agility, Organization and People Change Management, or a similar workshop) is helpful but not required.Pre-Course Study: Dedicate 8 to 10 hours to study prior to attending the course for optimal preparation.Daily Study Requirement: Plan for approximately 2 hours of study each evening during the course to ensure readiness for the exam.
