Bullying and Harassment are now quite common in the Irish workplace. Workplace bullying in an increasing problem. An appropriate and managed response is required to this very serious issue. This programme aims to address the issues involved as well as provide information to identify and manage bullying in the workplace.

On completion of this course participants will be able to :
