Course details

This course is perfect for those who have a very basic grounding in Solid Edge but are now ready to learn some of the intricacies of such a powerful program.

We start with a basic modelling and assembly exercise.

Together we'll build a pedestal, a stand for a plant pot. Creating the parts and putting them together. We'll colour it too!

I'll show you exactly what to do, where to click and what your options are at each stage. There are short tests to help you think a little deeper about the topics covered.

As time passes, more lectures will be added and you'll be first to know.

Additional training will include, sheet-metal, framing, surfacing, drawings etc.

At the end of the course you'll be ready to design your own items which you can send for manufacture or even 3D print for yourself at home!
