Course details
The course focuses on two core competencies: language knowledge and communication skills. The language knowledge component helps participants to develop both the specialist and the non-specialist language and vocabulary needed for a range of banking contexts. The communication skills component allows participants to practice using this language and vocabulary in simulated professional situations (role plays). The training is interactive and task-based using exercises, and role plays, ensuring that everything can be applied effectively in the workplace.
