Attitude is everything in leadership. Leaders need to read, interpret and instill strong attitudes. This course will walk Leading Leaders through the process of Attitude Engineering, then equip them to hear and see key indicators of prevalent attitudes in their team or working environment, 

Armed with these tools, pastors, teachers and leaders will be able to:

• identify prevailing attitudes in a matter of minutes
• diffuse work related conflict by approaching attitudes properly
• adjust attitudinal mindsets which destroy productivity and team work 
• infuse and instill attitudes to increase success, camaraderie and team morale.
