Ms Jessica Raby

Jessica Raby is an independent management development consultant, trainer and executive coach. She draws on techniques and experience gained over 20 years in a broad range of environments. Jessica has a firm understanding of the corporate world and the complex challenges faced, having worked as a business analyst at Accenture and as an ergonomics consultant. She had delivered to a wide variety of sectors including high tech and information technology, government, pharmaceuticals, financial and legal. Her background is in health and psychology and her qualifications include a degree in Physiotherapy and a Master’s degree in Ergonomics. She is licensed to use both the MBTI and SDI instruments, employing psychometric tools and 360 degree feedback where appropriate. She works with teams to understand how they can work more effectively together and develop themselves individually as leaders. Jessica specialises in communication and behaviour; in particular assertiveness, influencing, motivation and leadership.
