Learn and Master the Basics of Thinking and Behaving Healthily.
In this short but wide-ranging course we will give you a good understanding of what wellbeing looks and feels like, and a step-by-step way to achieve it. There is particular focus on stress and particularly the role of work in creating and overcoming stress.
But it is practical. You will be challenged to change your thinking and your behaviour. There are lots of things for you to do. So if you want to sit back and let someone else create your wellbeing, this isn't the course for you.
It has been written by one of the tutors as part of her PhD into Coaching for Wellbeing.
We will point you in the direction of additional coaching support should you need it. The follow-on course is Advanced wellbeing: moving up to the highest levels of health and vitality. This is being filmed - available early in 2017.
