Every Organization has waste in it, Infact as much as 75% of daily operations in any work environment can be hidden wastes or of no value. It is through the complete elimination of these major forms of Waste that a company can experience increased throughput times, lower inventory, shorter lead times and more efficient use of Company assets. This course will prepare employees and or Organizations to identify waste within their respective environments. We will also look at an overview of some basic methods of eliminating each of these forms of waste.
