Welcome to the 7 Simple StretchBodyMind Secrets course and the world of StretchBodyMind!

I have set the course out into 7 days, doing one secret a day, but the videos are short enough that you could watch them all in one go.

This course is the perfect introduction to StretchBodyMind and the work of me: Victoria Cunningham-Downey - Yoga Teacher, Pilates & Barre Instructor, Meditation Teacher, Stress Management Consultant and Teacher Trainer.

It leads onto the longer 21 Day StretchBodyMind Bootcamp which will give more detailed health & wellbeing activities such as Yoga, Pilates & Barre classes; meditations; relaxations and life coaching exercises.

Now, I may have called it a Bootcamp but I promise it's not as hard as it sounds! Just a daily series of lessons to help you stretch your body and your mind. You'll LOVE it and I'd LOVE to have you with us!
