In this course your gonna learn what it means to be a powerful leader.  After we discuss what it means to be an powerful=effective leader we're gonna look at 5 traits you can apply to your leadership that will enable you to be powerful and effective as a leader.  The five traits were gonna discuss are:

1. Loyalty
2. Strength
3. Tenacity
4. Active
5. Playful

 As we talk about each topic we're gonna look at some benefits and effects of applying the traits to our leadership.  These traits are powerful characteristics to have as a leader and they will allow you to lay a strong foundation for healthy, effective leadership.
