When my husband immigrated to the U.S. in 2013, there was nowhere for us to go to learn about how to open a U.S. bank account, sign up for a first-time credit card, or figure out other personal finance basics as an immigrant. It wasverystressful and scary. We had to figure it all out and struggle by ourselves, and felt very alone.

We don't want you to struggle like we did.That's why we created Immigrant Finance,apersonal finance blog for immigrants.

We created this course tosharewhat we have learned along the way about money issues in a new country.

There are a lot of articles and resources on the internet about personal finance, but almost none that are specific to the immigrant experience.

This course cuts through all the personal finance noise out there to teach you the 5 personal financesteps that you really need to know about to begin to build stability and wealth in the U.S.
