Advanced Director Diploma:
This 4-day program provides delegates with the opportunity to apply insights gained from the Certificate in Company Direction by engaging in realistic, high-pressure scenarios that mirror the complexities of organizational leadership. Participants will collaborate to make strategic decisions, evaluate potential risks, and navigate challenges while aligning with boardroom best practices. The program also encourages self-assessment of individual contributions and overall board effectiveness.
