Eligibility / Requirements
The CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma is equivalent to a post-graduate study and is the ideal qualification to enrol on if you have considerable experience in L&D and are looking to take on more strategic L&D roles. You will be expected to submit a written assignment at the end of each ;
To successfully enrol on this course, you must have a fair amount of practical experience.
If English is your second language, we recommend that you have achieved one of the following (or an equivalent):
- IELTS: overall score with a minimum of in each category
- TOEFL: 71 overall score with a minimum of 17 in each category
- Cambridge: Grade C or above
