I want to do a course in Lean Six Sigma that is internationally recognised. I am unsure if I should do the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or the Diploma in Six Sigma & Lean. I worked as a Production Manager in a food manufacturing factory and have done some research on Lean and Six Sigma, but have no formal qualification in the field.
