Can I please know the difference between Graphic Design and Infographics course? What are the entry requirements for these courses?

As per wikipedia definition, Graphic design is the process of visual communication and problem-solving through the use of typography, photography and illustration. Whereas, Infographics is a thing coming under the same graphic design process. Purpose of Infographics is to convey technical informations through the use of typography, photography & illustrations.
