This full length Flexibility Yoga class and the shorter flexibility practices are designed to stretch and lengthen the whole body with a basic flow, challenging hatha poses and longer holding yin-style releases. This class is for ALL LEVELS, with modifications built in-screen, but that doesn't mean it won't be challenging! Breathe, modify, take breaks then come back to do it again!
